Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Claude Wesley Lynn, 65, of Commerce, Ga. who passed away Saturday March 31, 2012 at his residence.

Mr. Lynn was born March 18, 1947 in Atlanta, Ga. to the late Ralph and Eula Kite Lynn. Mr. Lynn had been in the grading business for many years.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday April 3, 2012 at 11AM at Caves Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Chad Rising officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Grandsons will be honored as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Monday April 2, 2012 at Evans Funeral Home from 5-9 P.M.

Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Carolyn Whitten Lynn, of Commerce, Sons and daughters in law, Wesley "J.D." and Sue Lynn, Commerce, Travis William and Karyle Lynn, South Carolina, Randy and Angie Lynn, Homer, Robert and Michelle Lynn, Commerce, Shane and Stephanie Lynn, Commerce, sister, Cheryl Jenkins, Cumming, brothers, Ralph Lynn, Waynesboro, David Lynn, Dawsonville, and Marty Lynn, Cumming, 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and a number of other relatives.
