Mr. Wayne "Wino" Ellison Casper, age 65 of Athens, Ga. passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2012. He was survived by his former wife Bessie Casper of Commerce, son, Scotty Casperand fiance Holly, brother, Jack Casper of Union Point and sister Virgina smith of Gainesville Ga.
