Charles R. Taylor

Charles R. Taylor, age 76 of Buford, died March 26. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. March 27 at Hamilton Mill Christian Church. Ministers Bob Mahan and Clark Cregger will officiate. Interment will follow on March 28 at Resthaven Memorial Park in Dandridge, Tenn. The The family will receive friends from 5:30-7:30 p.m. March 27 at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. The family request in lieu of flowers contributions be made to the building fund at Hamilton Mill Christian Church. Mr. Taylor was preceded in death by his son Keith Taylor. He is survived by his wife, Charlene Taylor, Buford; daughter, Janet Taylor, Palm Beach, Fla.; grandchildren, Samantha Taylor, Jason Taylor and Joey Taylor; and brother- and sister-in-law, Gerald and Charlie Ann Taylor, Newport, Tenn. Charles was a native of Newport, Tenn., and had lived in the Atlanta area the past 45 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was a retired auditor with the U.S. government.
