Mildred Thomas Seay

Mrs. Mildred Thomas Seay, age 86, of Commerce, GA died Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at Hill Haven Nursing Home.

Mrs. Seay was born in Greene County to the late William Marcus and Viola Ray Thomas. She was a member of the Baptist Faith and was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Seay was preceded in death by her husband, J.B. Seay.

Mrs. Seay is survived by her daughter, Janice Johnson (Steve) of Commerce; brother, John Thomas of Commerce; sisters, Grace Pritchett of Commerce and Betty Minish of FL; granddaughter, Kristie Burchett (Kevin) and great-granddaughter, Chloe Burchett.

Funeral services will be at 2 PM, Thursday, March 8 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Phil Parks and Mr. Chip Vickery officiating. Interment will follow in Jackson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday night from 6 to 8 PM.
