Peggy Ann Hunnicutt Trigg

Funeral services for Peggy Ann Hunnicutt Trigg, age 58, of Cornelia will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, February 29, 2012 from Hillside Memorial Chapel in Clarkesville. Dr. Earl Fowlkes will officiate with interment to follow the service in the Hillside Gardens Cemetery.

Mrs. Trigg died February 25, 2012.

Born in Demorest, Georgia on November 6, 1953, Mrs. Trigg was the daughter of the late George and Mildred Rogers Hunnicutt. Mrs. Trigg was employed at Wal-Mart as a cook in the deli. She was a very devoted wife and mother. Mrs. Trigg is preceded in death by brother George Hunnicutt, Jr.

In addition to her parents, survivors include daughter Buffy Hubbard of Cornelia, sons Jody Hubbard of Toccoa and Randy Trigg of Cornelia, sisters Pat Parker of Cornelia and Gather Hunter of Toccoa, brothers Glenn Carson of Mt. Airy and Lee Carson of Cornelia, and mother-in-law Sarah Garris of Cornelia. Mrs. Trigg is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 from 2 - 4 PM and from 6 - 8 PM.
