Marie L. Welborn

A memorial service celebrating the life of Marie L. Welborn, age 76, of Cornelia will be held at 7 p.m. Feb. 24 at the Food Factory in Cornelia.

Mrs. Welborn died on January 20, 2012 at her residence.

Born in Passaic City, N.J. on Oct. 21, 1936, Mrs. Welborn was the daughter of the late Oliver and Helen Sickler. Mrs. Welborn was of the baptist faith and she was retired from the Fieldale Corp.

Survivors include daughters Donna Helen Moroz and Debra Ann Wilkes of New Jersey, and Dawn Marie Williams of Japan, and her beloved pet Kitty the cat.
