Melissa Diane Stanley

A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday February 24, 2012, Redwine United Methodist Church for Melissa Diane Stanley, 42, of Cornelia. Rev. Mark Outlaw and Rev. Brian Evans will officiate. Interment will be in Redwine United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the Church Fellowship Hall after the service.

Born on January 2, 1970, in Hall County, she was the daughter of George and Diane Edge Stanley. She was a member of Redwine United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, Melissa is survived by her son, Brandon Roberts of Cornelia; sister, Kris Bennett of Bethlehem, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Tim and Lisa Stanley of Gainesville; aunt and uncle, Patsy and Ronnie Baugh; uncle and aunt, Harold and Gloria Stanley; cousin and spouse, Rhonda and Ken Conners; nephews, Justin Bennett, Josh Bennett, Cameron Bennett, Hunter Bennett; niece, Bailey Lynn Stanley and her guardian angel, David Sheckells.
