Bradley J. Davis

Bradley J. Davis, age 54, of Dahlonega died Feb. 19 at the Chestatee Regional Hospital in Dahlonega.

Brad lived most of his life in Lumpkin County. He was a member of Philippi Baptist Church in Lumpkin County. He was a U.S. Army veteran.

He was preceded in death by his father, Dean Davis and infant brother, Ricky Dean Davis.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Betty and Bill Owens, Dahlonega; siblings, Tammy Holekamp, Kingwood, TX, Kenny Davis, Virginia Coffel, Nadean Adams, and Callie Davis, all of Dahlonega, Beth Love, Hayesville, NC, Belinda Worth, Fort Walton Beach, FL, and Bill Owens, McLean, VA. A number of nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

Brad will be remembered for his great sense of humor. He loved Dahlonega and was loved by many of its residents.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Feb. 21, 2012 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega.

Rev. Jef Welch and Bill Owens will officiate.

The family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega on Monday from 5-9 p.m.
