John R. Mitchell, 86, of Jasper, GA passed away on Friday, February,10, 2012 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Mary Jo Pullen Mitchell; sons, John A. Mitchell, James Lee Mitchell and Robert Jerald Mitchell; and grandson, John A. Mitchell, Jr.
Masonic funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, February 15, 2012. Interment will follow at Resthaven Garden of Memory in Decatur. The family will receive friends on Monday, February 13 from 5:00 - 9:00 pm at the funeral home.
