Barry "Mark" Aycock

Barry "Mark" Aycock, 42, of Cumming, GA died at his home on February 7, 2012 after a courageous and inspiring 2 year battle against Colon Cancer. Born in Rome, GA he was the son of Barry Martin Aycock of Rome, GA and LeAnn and Rudy Lindsey of Cumming, GA.

Mark graduated from West Rome High School. He served in the US Navy where he attained the rank of E-4 and earned the highest level in marksmanship. He was a Firefighter with the Forsyth County Fire Department, Station 15 for 11 years. Mark had great passion and love for fishing, hiking, scuba diving, hang gliding and was an avid gun enthusiast.

In addition to his parents, Mark is survived by his beloved wife, Beth Aycock of Cumming, GA; children, Jessi Aycock of Cumming, GA and J.P. Cole of Destin, FL; half brother, David Spence of Atlanta, GA: and his brothers and sisters
