Charles Max Deming

Charles Max Deming, 82, of Cumming, GA (and former resident of Memphis, TN and Ocala, FL) died on January 19, 2012 at Embracing Hospice House. Born in Henderson, TN, he was the son of the late Bedford and Mayda Deming.

Max served in the US Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He retired from General Motors. Max was an avid golfer and tennis player who also loved boating and traveling.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Dell Deming of Cumming, GA; daughter, DeLisa (Jeff) Chambers of Roswell, GA; sisters, Carmen (Odell) Hatch of Henderson, TN and Delana Copeland of Henderson, TN; and brother James R. Deming of CA.

Crypt side services will be held at 1:00 pm on Sunday, January 22, 2012 at Memorial Park Cemetery in Memphis, TN.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Embracing Hospice, 8013 Majors Road, Cumming, GA 30041.
