Alberta Tate Butts

Mrs. Alberta Tate Butts, age 64 of Gainesville, GA, passed away on December 28, 2011.

She was preceded in death by her late husband Doyle Butts, her two sons: Michael and Scott Butts all of Gainesville, Ga and brother James Hawes.

She is survived by her Mother Id (Olin) Rice, two daughters: Elaine Butts and Staci Butts of Gainesville, Ga., two sons: Travis (Angelia) Butts and Tim (Iris) Butts, four sisters: Doris Kade, Shirley (Bobby) Williams, Genvea Partlow, and Gwendoylyn (Phil) Harrington, three brothers: Joe Lewis (Barbara) Tate, Norris (Carol) Tate, and Dennis (Barbara) Hawes, eight grandchildren: Rev. Tremon (Tamira) Butts, Jania Butts, Shiya Butts, Dre Butts, Jurryan Butts, Javon Butts, Jade Butts, and Kel Butts, four great grand children, and a host of relatives, and friends.

Homegoing Celebration will be held on Monday, January 2, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Antioch Baptist Church of Gainesville, GA. Professional Services Entrusted to Wimberly & Jackson Funeral Home.
