Julian L. Waters

Mr. Julian L. Waters, age 85, of Dahlonega, Ga. died December 18, 2011.

Mr. Waters was born in Haines City, Florida to the late Ressie Waters and Johny Mae Miller Waters. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Dr. Betty Hale Waters; and a son, John Robert Waters.

Mr. Waters owned and operated Waters Exterminating in Dahlonega for many years. He was a graduate of Emory University and was a former member of Dahlonega United Methodist Church.

He is survived by close friends, Mai-Lan and Bobby Ledbetter, Dahlonega, Ga., Priscilla and John Bennett, Marietta, Ga., and Ron Merritt, Dahlonega, Ga.

Graveside services for Mr. Waters are scheduled for 11 AM Tuesday December 20, 2011 at Arlington Memorial Park in Sandy Springs, Ga.

Ron Merritt will officiate.

Banister Funeral Home of Dahlonega is in charge of the arrangements.
