Willie Jerelle Mathis

Willie Jerelle Mathis, age 81 of Gainesville, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2011 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

Graveside services are scheduled for Thursday, December 15, 2011 at 3:00 pm in Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Drewery Loggins will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 15, 2011 from 2:00 pm till 3:00 pm, prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Mathis was born December 30, 1929 in Maysville, Georgia to the late Mr. & Mrs. Weldon Parks. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith. Willie was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Albert Mathis.

Mrs. Mathis is survived by her two nieces, Doris Jenkins of Madison, Georgia and Elizabeth Gabriel of Carrolton, Georgia.
