Boe L. Ivey

Ivie Funeral Home announces services for Boe L. Ivey, 22, of Commerce who passed away at Athens Regional Medical Center early Monday morning.

Born in Pickens County, he was the son of James Guy Ivey, Sr. of Commerce and Susan Hill Fisher of TN. Other survivors include brothers, James Guy Ivey, Jr. and Michael J. Stephen Ivey, both of Commerce; grandparents, George L. Hill of Commerce and Judy Kellum of TN; great-grandmother, Beulah York of Commerce; great-aunt, Jeannette Kinsey of Mt. Airy.

Services are scheduled for Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home in Commerce with Rev. Lester Haynes officiating. Interment will follow in the Providence Church Cemetery in the Clarkesville area. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m.
