Jack E. Still

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 1, 2011 in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home for Mr. Jack E. Still, 75, of Gainesville. The Rev. David Simpson and Bruce Still will officiate. The family will receive friends at Little & Davenport Funeral Home on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

A native of Monroe, GA, he was born on January 12, 1936 the son of the late Jesse Eugene and Frances Everett Still. He was retired from AmeriGas as a salesman. He was a member of Lanier Christian Church in Gainesville.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Shirley B. Still of Gainesville; sons and daughters-in-law, Bruce and Pat Still of Canton, Perry and Raynelle Still of Lawrenceville; daughter and son-in-law, Ann and Leo Quick of Lawrenceville; grandchildren, Anna Peterman, Joshua Still, Julie Still, Stefanie Still, Lindsey Still, Lara Quick, Rebecca Beal; great-grandchildren, Liana Peterman, Johnny Peterman, Meghan Peterman, Arianna Peterman, Ethan Still, Gabriel Burns, Lindy Still, Celeste Still.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Lanier Christian Church, 2235 Dawsonville Highway Gainesville, GA 30506-1155
