Agnes Wofford Tolbert

Mrs. Agnes Wofford Tolbert, age 87 of Commerce died Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at Quiet Oaks Health Care Center.

Mrs. Tolbert was born in Homer to the late, James David and Laura Vesta Haggard Wofford. Mrs. Tolbert was a homemaker and was a member of Blacks Creek Baptist Church. Mrs. Tolbert was preceded in death by her husband, Oliver Lee Tolbert.

Mrs. Tolbert is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Robin and David Hawkins of Colbert; grandson, Joshua Hawkins of Atlanta; brother, Jesse Wofford of McDonough; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be Monday, November 28, at 11:00 AM from the Blacks Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Bill Carpenter officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Blacks Creek Baptist Church; 3754 Blacks Creek Church Rd. Commerce, GA 30529.
