Frances Martin Adams

Mrs. Frances Martin Adams, age 87 of Nicholson died Monday, November 7, 2011 at her residence. Mrs. Adams was born in Hall County to the late, Guy and Ester Deaton Martin.

Mrs. Adams was a homemaker and a member of the Center Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Adams was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Adams.

Mrs. Adams is survived by her daughters, Ann Anderson of Jefferson, Shirley Wilson of Nicholson, and Lavonne Adams of Commerce; companion, Dempy Jones of Nicholson; brothers, Jessie Martin of Nicholson and Guy Martin of Commerce; sisters, Mary Copeland of Jacksonville, FL, Nina Watkins and Nora Brock both of Nicholson; seven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and twelve great great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Friday, November 11, at 1:00 PM from the Center Baptist Church with Rev. Gary Prater and Rev. Jesse Mealor officiating with the interment following at Howington Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday night from 7-9 PM.
