Frances Louise Ivey

Frances Louise Ivey, 74, of Cumming, formerly of Dawsonville, passed away Tuesday November 1, 2011 at her residence following a short illness.

Born July 11, 1937, she lived most of her life in Dawson County before moving to Cumming 10 years ago. Frances was a member of Harmony Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her father, Weldon Ivey, and a brother, Donald Ivey.

Surviving are her mother, Pauline Ivey, Cumming and a number of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Thursday November 3, 2011 at 3 o'clock at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Dennis Bottoms will officiate. Interment will follow in the Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 4 until 8 at the funeral home.
