A service of Loving Remembrance for Mrs. Carrie Lee Parks Holder 90 of Gainesville, Ga. will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 2:00pm at Young's Funeral Home Chapel 1553 Old Athens Road Gainesville, Georgia 30507

Mrs. Carrie Lee Parks Holder was born in Talmo, Ga on August 7, 1921 . She was the daughter of Mrs. Bessie Tanner and Mr. Andy Parks and the wife of Mr. Lewis Holder all who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her only brother Mr. O.C. Parks.

She grew up in Jefferson , Georgia and spent a great number of years in Athens, Georgia before moving to Gainesville, Ga. She was a resident of Gainesville when her soul was called home on October 30, 2011.

Mrs. Carrie Lee Holder was a great person to all who treated her with respect. Mrs. Holder was a member of New Salem Baptist Church.

She is survived by the following nieces and nephews:

Jennifer Holder, Patricia Harrison, Tammy Parks, Penny Fields, Jimmy Parks, Robert Parks, Billy Parks, Gail Collins, Ann Mackey, step daughter, Annie Lee ,and host of great and great -great nieces and nephews , cousins, other family and friends.
