Faye Bruce

Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Saturday October 29, 2011 at Straightway Baptist Church for Faye Bruce, 83, of Gainesville. Rev. Kyle Savage will officiate. The family will receive friends on Friday from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Wards Funeral Home.

Mrs Bruce passed away Thursday October 27, 2011 at her residence following an extended illness.

Mrs Bruce was born in Cobb County and was the daughter of the late Ira Holland and Ollie Beatrice Carruth Holland. She had lived most of her life in Hall County and was a homemaker. Mrs Bruce was a charter member of Straightway Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, friend and will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her Husband Howard Bruce of Gainesville,Ga., Sons & Daughters-in-law Howard Clifton & Shirley Bruce of Lula, Ga. , Jeff & Vera Bruce of Gainesville, Ga., daughter & son-in-law Suzanne & Michael McIntyre of Gainesville, Ga. , Grandchildren Earl Clifton Bruce, Josh McIntyre, Charla Burger, Jake Mcintyre, Audrey Bruce and Emily Bruce, Great Grandchildren Alyssa Burger and Mallory McIntyre.
