Margaret E. Borosh

Margaret E. Borosh, 59, of Dawsonville passed away Thursday October 13, 2011 at Embracing Hospice following an extended illness.

Born May 30, 1952 in Carbondale, PA, she lived a number of years in Lawrenceville and Atlanta before moving to Dawson County six years ago. Mrs. Borosh was a former teacher in the Gwinnett County School System and Christ the King in Atlanta after which she continued to tutor. She was a member of St. Luke's Catholic Church and was preceded in death by her father, John Bodnar.

Surviving are her husband of 36 years, Joe Borosh, Dawsonville; children, Dianne Adamson, Cumming, Nick and Samantha Borosh, Tampa, FL; mother, Mary Bodnar, Forest City, PA; grandchildren, Ethan Adamson, Mason Adamson, Lucas Borosh; sisters, Mary Ann Whelan, Lakewood, OH, Kathy Pantzar, Essex Junction, VT, Emma DePrato, York, PA, Patricia Wright, Uniondale, PA; brothers, John Bodnar, Bloomington, IN, Tom Bodnar, York, PA; and a number of other relatives.

A funeral mass will be held Monday October 17, 2011 at 11 o'clock at St. Luke's Catholic Church. Fr. Neil Dhabliwala and Deacon Tom Franklin will officiate. Interment will follow in Dahlonega Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 4 until 8 at the funeral home with a prayer service at 7 p.m.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
