Samuel Paul Phillips

Samuel Paul Phillips, 95, of Cumming, GA died on October 2, 2011 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Born in Atlanta, GA, he was the son of the late Samuel W. and Barbara Phillips.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Dorothy Phillips of Cumming, GA; children, Fred (Donna) Phillips of Waleska, GA and Carol Lyn (Gary) Brooks of Cumming, GA; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 am on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 in the chapel of McDonald and Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 4 from 6:00
