Gerald Allison

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, October 6, 2011 at Sardis Baptist Church for Gerald "Fuzzy" Allison, 47, of Gainesville. The family will receive friends at Little & Davenport Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The Rev. James Kanady will officiate. Interment will be in Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery.

A lifetime resident of Hall County Mr. Allison was the son of William Vernon and Dorothy Hughes Allison. He was self employed as a mechanic. He was a member of Sardis Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, Vernon and Dorothy Allison of Gainesville, he is survived by his daughters, Wendi Allison and Hannah Allison both of Gainesville; grandson, Camdin Crawford of Gainesville; sister and brother-in-law, Angie and Tom Hiers of Gainesville; brother, Michael Allison of Gainesville; nephews, Kevin Allison of Cumming, Dustin Allison, Tyler Hiers both of Gainesville; great nephews, Gage Allison, of Cumming and Mason Allison of Gainesville.
