Sandra P. Riggin

Dr. Sandra P. "Sandy" Riggin, age 47 of Sautee, passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2011, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

A celebration of life will be held 7:00 pm Thursday, September 29, 2011, at the Torch Worship Center with Rev. Julia Rautenberg and Pastor Mike Franklin officiating. All friends and family are requested to meet at the church by 6:45 pm on Thursday.
