Joyce Humphries Crawford

Joyce Humphries Crawford age 71 of Gainesville passed away Saturday September 24, 2011 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Mrs. Crawford was born in White County the daughter of the late Ernest and Willie Mae Skelton Humphries. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Crawford. Mrs. Crawford was a member of Mossy Creek United Methodist Church.

Survivors include son, Todd Crawford, Gainesville; son and daughter in law, Trent and Amanda Crawford, Cleveland; sister, Jerilyn Gerrell, Cleveland; grandchildren, Courtney Crawford, Bastian Crawford, Britney Crawford, Brylee Crawford; special friend, Vernon Dockery, Cleveland; and several aunts and uncles.

Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday September 28, 2011 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Nanci Hicks and the Rev. Gary Wilson will officiate.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Mossy Creek United Methodist Church Building Fund, 2154 Post Rd. Cleveland, GA 30528.

The family will receive friends 1-3 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
