Jose Ramsey, Jr

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Jose Ramsey, Jr., of Hudson Florida and Pendergrass, Ga. who passed away Sept. 19, 2011 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, Ga. follow a period of declining health.

Mr. Ramsey was born in Tampa Florida, a son of the late Joseph Ramsey and Ophelia Artal. Mr. Ramsey was a veteran, serving in the United States Navy. Mr. Ramsey had retired from Pasco County Florida Board of Education where he was Plant Manager of the maintenance department for River Ridge Middle and High School in New Port Richie, Florida.

Survivors include his Wife, Joyce K. Ramsey, Hudson, Florida and Pendergrass, Georgia.

His Sister, Sonia (John) Lee, Holiday, Florida and his niece, Monica Watson.
