Grady Lee Savage

Grady Lee Savage, 82, of Lula past away Saturday, September 17, 2011 at his residence following an extended illness.

Mr. Savage was preceded in death by a stepson, David Allison, by his parents, Harrison and Earnie Savage, sisters, Juanita Satterfield, Pauline Savage, Kansas Oliver, Donna Cross, Grace Loggins, brothers, Jessie Savage, Harmon Savage, and Harvie Savage.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Savage, son and daughter in law, Jimmy and Veronica Savage, 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and sisters Nellie Mae Proctor, and Mendy Satterfield.

Visitation will be held from 4-8 pm on Monday, September 19, 2011, at Strickland Funeral Home in Clermont. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at Skitts Mountain Baptist Church. Rev. Kyle Savage, Rev. Bill Lawson, and Rev. William Baker will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
