Janet Diane Ziegler

Janet Diane Ziegler, age 64, went to be with the Lord on Saturday September 3rd, 2011. She died peacefully at her home in Big Canoe, GA.

She was a graduate of Mceachern High School, and retired from Lockheed Aircraft after 21 years of service. She is survived by her husband Philip G. Ziegler of Big Canoe, GA, her son Tim Alexander of Birmingham, AL, step- daughter Kathy Nicholson of Woodstock, GA, and step-son Rick Ziegler of Canton, GA. She had 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by 2 brothers Bobby D. Wilson of Marietta, GA, Dale W. Wilson of Marietta, GA, and one sister Joan D. Holtzclaw of Douglasville, GA. She was preceded in death by her father, Wallace Wilson, and mother Ruby M. Wilson, both of Marietta, GA.

A family celebration of her life will be scheduled at a later date. The family requests that in lieu of flowers that a donation be made in her name to the Big Canoe Animal Rescue Shelter.
