Davis Young Webb

Davis Young Webb, age 81, of Oakwood, GA passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2011. He was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church in Flowery Branch, GA and a Mason for 53 years Lodge # 212 in Flowery Branch. Davis is preceded in death by his first wife Letha Phagan Webb; six brothers; one sister and a step daughter.

Survivors include his wife Dorcus Webb; children, Steve (Sylvia) Webb of Lilburn, Lynn (Joe) Sisson of Woodstock, Dennis (Regina) Webb of Bethlehem, Debbie (Jeff) Rogers of Sugarhill, Kim (Ron) Densmore of Monroe; stepchildren, John (Shelia) Gilstrap of Alpharetta, Tanya (Gill) Grubbs of Gainesville, Annette Gilstrap of Alpharetta; 12, grandchildren; 4 step grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren, 3 great step grandchildren; brother, Harold Webb of Norcross; and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 3, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Carl Jameson and Rev. Scott Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in Peachtree Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The family will be present on Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
