David Andrew Rankin Jr.

Memorial services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at Grace Episcopal Church for David Andrew Rankin Jr., 90, of Lanier Village Estates, Gainesville.

The family will receive friends in the church Parish Hall following the service. Mr. Rankin
died Saturday August 13th at his residence.
David was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Edith Quinlan Rankin; parents,
Wilhelmenah and David Andrew Rankin, Sr.; sister, Lavonne Palmer, and brother, Quentin
Rankin.

He is survived by his daughter, Priscilla Jane Rankin, Gainesville; daughters and sons-in-law, Pastor Andrea and Sam Sosebee, Toccoa; Judith and Ted Landers, Gainesville; sisters-in-law,
Barbara Jane Quinlan, Sautee and Maxine Rankin, West Monroe, Louisiana; grandchildren,
Christopher Warren and wife, Christine, Chattanooga, Tennessee; Jeremy Landers; Jordan Landers and wife, Kacie; Rachel Quinlan Landers, all of Gainesville; great grandchildren, Joseph W. and Thomas R. Warren, Chattanooga, Tennessee, Lottie Quinlan Landers and Harbor Siekx Landers, Gainesville.
