Alice Reid

Alexander Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Mrs. Alice Reid, age 74 of Cleveland. Mrs. Reid passed away Sunday, August 14, 2011 at her residence.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 pm, Tuesday, August 16, 2011 from Blue Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny Wilbanks officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Reid was born on January 1, 1935 in Philadelphia, Mississippi to the late Clyde Winsted and Viola Richardson Winsted. She had lived in White County for the past 25 years where she, along with her husband, were members of Blue Creek Baptist Church. At the time of her death, Mrs. Reid was the CEO of Atlanta X-Ray.

Survivors include her husband, Jack Reid, Cleveland; daughter and son in law , Debbie and Carlos Lopez, Canton and granddaughter Kelly Marie McCarthy of Atlanta.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 12: 00 until the funeral hour.
