J. Stanley Cain

Mr. J. Stanley Cain, age 58, of Dahlonega, Ga., died August 10, 2011.

Mr. Cain was born in Chicago, Illinois. He lived in Memphis Tennessee for 40 years and had lived in Dahlonega for the past 14 years.

He was the son of the late Bill Cain and Flora Dowdy Cain. He was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Philip and Catherine Cain; Dahlonega, Ga.; brother, Randall Cain, Horn Lake, Mississippi. Several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncle also survive.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11AM Saturday August 13, 2011 at Banister Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Allen Swafford will officiate.

Interment will follow in Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Dahlonega.

The family will receive friends on Friday August 12, 2011 from 5 PM until 9 PM at Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega.

Banister Funeral Home of Dahlonega is in charge of the arrangements.
