Fred Luther Carter

Alexander Funeral Home of Cleveland announces that graveside services for Fred Luther Carter, 51, of Clermont, formerly of Cleveland, will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, July 20, at Gateway Memory Park in Cleveland with Chaplain John Reeser officiating.
Mr. Carter died Tuesday, July 19, 2011, at his residence.

Born Nov. 21, 1959, in Atlanta, he was the son of Fred Carter Jr. and Elaine Sensabaugh Carter.

Survivors include his father and stepmother, Fred Jr. and Dorothy Carter of Flowery Branch; his mother, Elaine Carter of Cleveland; sisters and brothers-in-law, Anna and Tom Bowen of Clermont, Roma and Stan Sayer of Bowersville.
