Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 21, 2011 at Springway Baptist Church for Mrs. Imogene Crumley Delong, 85 of Gainesville who passed away Monday July 18, 2011. Rev. Dwayne Ryals and Rev. Johnny Stone will officiate. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Little & Davenport Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 20, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
A lifelong resident of Hall County, Mrs. Delong was the daughter of the late Frank and Frankie Souther Crumley. She was a member of Springway Baptist Church and was retired from Sears in Gainesville after 40 years of service.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Tom T. Delong and brothers, Garland Crumley, J.C. Crumley and Howard Crumley.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Connie and Jim Draine of Lula; granddaughter and husband, Michelle and Troy Cain of Gillsville; grandson and wife, Kerry and Melanie Ryals of Gillsville; great grandchildren, Alexis Ryals, Erica Cain, Dusty Ryals, Madison Cain, Trevor Ryals, Ethan Cain; nephew, William F. Crumley; niece, Sue Crumley, Jennifer Parnel; sister-in-law, Vandora Crumley of Anniston, AL.
