Lloyd Melvin Younglove

Mr. Lloyd Melvin Younglove, age 85, of Gainesville, GA formerly of Tampa, FL, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Gainesville, Georgia.
The funeral service will be held 10:00 am Saturday, July 16, 2011 at Christ Fellowship Church in Tampa, FL with interment to follow at the Garden of Memories Cemetery 4207 East Lake Avenue Tampa, FL.
Mr. Younglove was born March, 27, 1926 in Sarasota, FL. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Gainesville. He served in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II and also served in the United States Coast Guard. He was a 20 year veteran of the Tampa Police Department. Mr. Younglove was also a member of the F.O.P # 27. He was preceded in death by his father, A.C. Younglove; and a son, Lawrence Richard Younglove.
Mr. Younglove is survived by his wife, Louise Younglove of Gainesville, GA; son, Lloyd M. "Chuck" Younglove of Tampa, FL; daughter, Melody Cookson of Alpharetta, GA; four grandchildren; mother, Neta (Mitchell) Younglove of Tampa, FL; sister, Sharon Hickinbotham also of Tampa, FL;
