Stephen Day Waters

Graveside services are scheduled for 11:30a.m. Saturday May 28 in Memorial Park Cemetery for Stephen Day Waters, age 55 of Flowery Branch. The Rev. Paige Bennett will officiate. The family will receive friends from 10:00a.m. to 11:00a.m. Saturday at Wards Funeral Home. Mr. Waters passed away Wednesday May 25, 2011 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

Mr. Waters was born in Hall County to the late James Ernest Waters and Mary Eula Parks Waters. He graduated from Johnson High School in 1973. He was a carpenter and had worked with the Hall County Fire Department. He was a member of Central Baptist Church and enjoyed baseball and hunting.

Survivors include Brothers, Michael Waters, Chestnut Mtn., Tommy Waters, Candler Community, Sister and Brother-in-law Mary Waters Watt and Ray Watt , Chestnut Mtn., and a number of nieces and nephews.
