Thomas Tyler Ferguson

Thomas Tyler Ferguson, age 20, of Baldwin, Georgia passed away on Sunday, May 22, 2011, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Tyler was born on April 5, 1991, in Habersham County, Georgia. Tyler was a 2009 graduate of Banks County High School. He was an employee of the Tencate Nicolon Manufacturing Company. He attended the Heady Mountain Baptist Church and the Mountain View Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by a grandmother, Ann Grogan.

Survivors include his fiancé, Jennifer Abernathy, Gainesville, GA; mother, Tracy Moore Ferguson and Tony McCall, Cashiers, NC; father and step-mother, Tommy and Jody Ferguson, Baldwin, GA; sister, Tori Ferguson, Cashiers, NC; brothers, Haden Martin, Colbert, GA and Haze Ferguson, Baldwin, GA; grandfather, Jerry Grogan, Westminister, SC; grandparents, Anthony and Rachel Ferguson, Baldwin, GA and Nancy and Mitchell Goss, Colbert, GA; great-grandparents, Martha (Mrs. Tom) Ferguson, Baldwin, GA and Moley and Reba Oliver, Lula, GA; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. on Tuesday, May 24, 2011, and from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. on Wednesday, May 25, 2011, at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, Georgia.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 26, 2011, at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, Georgia. Interment will follow in the Mountain View Baptist Church Cemetery.
