Steve Dale Cochran

STEVE DALE COCHRAN, 56, passed away on Thursday May 12th, 2011 with his loving family at his side. He was at Embracing Hospice. He was preceded in death by his father Henry Russell Cochran.

He is survived by his mother, Jean Cochran of Alpharetta, Georgia; son, Jake Henry Cochran of Jasper, Georgia; daughter Autumn Farguson Bickerstaff of Cumming, Georgia; brother, Russell Dewayne Cochran of Alpharetta, Georgia; sister, Mary Jean and brother-in-law Phillip Smith of Alpharetta, Georgia; niece & son, Mae Numberg & Russell Lee Numberge of Cumming, Georgia; grandchildren, Ceatin & Isis of Cumming, Georgia. He has a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday May 17th, 2011 at 1:00pm at the Liberty Grove Baptist Church. Interment of the Cremains to follow at the Church Cemetery.

Steve worked in the carpentry business all his life. He was in business with his father for many years. His touch can be found all over North Georgia with his numerous horse/driveway gates, mailboxes and other woodwork located at the people's homes. Stephen continued on the gate business when his father passed away in 2002. Steve used to belong to a motorcycle club and loved to ride. Steve was at his best when he was fishing or with his son Jake.
