James Steven Irving

James Steven Irving, age 25, of Gainesville, Georgia, passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2011 in Anderson, South Carolina.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 pm Saturday, May 14, 2011 at Memorial Park North Riverside Chapel with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family has requested no visitation prior to the service.

James was born in Athens, Georgia. He was an Eagle Scout with Troup 3 sponsored by the First Presbyterian Church of Gainesville. He attended Gainesville State College.

James is survived by his parents Jon Howard Irving and Brenda (Dorminy) Irving, brother, Jon Howard Irving, II; niece, Bella Rochelle Irving, sister, Jessyca Rochelle Irving Cross, niece, Elizabeth Grace Cross, all of Gainesville.

Flowers will be accepted.
