James W. Durand

James W. Durand, age 62, of Gainesville, (Forsyth County), passed away Sunday, May 8, 2011. He is preceded in death by his parents, Winfred and Blanche Durand and his sister Gayle Durand. James was a veteran of the Vietnam Conflict.

Survivors include his sister and brother-in-law, Toni and Rev. Ruel Martin of Cumming; brother and sister-in-law, Edward and Dorie Durand of Mechanicsburg, PA.; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 13, 2011 at the chapel in Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Nathan Martin and Rev. Scott Sorrells officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. until hour of service at the funeral home.
