ROBERT WILLIAM CARNEY, PhD, 88, of Cumming, Georgia passed away with his loving family and friends at his side on Monday May 9th, 2011. He was a Veteran of the United States Army.

He was a College Professor at Georgia Tech University, Atlanta, Georgia. The family will be having a private family service.
