W. Frank Lee

Funeral services for W. Frank Lee, age 78, of Clarkesville will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 21, 2011 from the Hillside Memorial Chapel with Rev. Brion Williams and Rev. Bat Skelton officiating. Interment will follow the service at 2:30 PM at Holly Hills Memorial Park in Fairburn. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Mr. Lee passed away Monday, April 18, 2011 at Habersham Medical Center.

Born in Fulton County on May 24, 1932, Mr. Lee was the son of the late Daniel W. and Clara Hogan Lee. He was a retired electrician and a member of the Atlanta IBEW Chapter 613. Mr. Lee was a United States Army Veteran having served in Korea and he was of the Baptist Faith. In addition to his parents, Mr. Lee is preceded in death by is first wife Mrs. Shirley Lee and daughter Stephanie Lee Pruitt.

Survivors include his wife Jean Carpenter Williams Lee of Clarkesville, son Frank Lee, JR of Bryson City, North Carolina, step sons Keith Williams and Terry Williams of Clarkesville, brothers Mack Lee of College Park, Ronnie Lee of Dalton, and Gene Lee of Alabama, sister Mary Gardner of Charleston, South Carolina, one grandchild, four step grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
