Mitchell Lee Reed

Mitchell Lee Reed, 53, of Gainesville passed away Friday April 1, 2011 at his residence following a sudden illness.



Funeral services will be held Monday April 4, 2011 at 1:00pm from the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with the Rev. Wayne Hicks and Rev. David Matthews officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday April 3, 2011 from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm at the funeral home.



Mr. Reed was born January 15, 1958 in Gainesville to the late William and Betty Jean Reed. He was a self employed painter and a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church.



He is survived by his daughter Allyson Lee Reed of MI, daughter Melissa Kay Reed of Cleveland, brother Tim Reed of Gainesville, sister Kelly Faulkner of Gainesville, niece Jessica Leann Reed of Gainesville, nephew Reed Sims of Gainesville.
