Ruth Ethel Harris

Ivie Funeral Home, Madison County Chapel, Danielsville, announces the death of Mrs. Ruth Ethel Harris, 87, of Danielsville who passed away at her residence on Thursday evening. Born in Buffalo, NY, she was the daughter of the late Dewitt Charles and Blanche Nye Hatch and was the widow of Jervaes Bascom Harris.

Survivors include her children, Sandy Lawrence of Townsend, MA, Cindy Harris of Peterborough, NH, Dot Harris of Danielsville, James Harris of Athens and Dan Harris of Danielsville; sisters, Suzanne Hatch, Jean Hatch and Dorothy Hatch, all of Chattanooga; 13 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
