Joey Edgil

Joey Edgil, age 48, of Cumming, passed away Saturday, March 19, 2011. He was a member of River of Life Church of God. Joey was a 1981 graduate of Forsyth County High school and he loved to fish. He was active in everything his children, Joseph and Lindsay, were involved in. He was preceded in death by his father Jim Edgil.

Survivors include his mother, Donna Edgil of Cumming; son and daughter-in-law, Joseph and Courtney Edgil of Dawsonville; daughter, Lindsay Edgil of Cumming; grandchildren, Rylie and Kovi; sister, Kelly Edgil Newton of Kennesaw; nephews, Nathan and Cody; and niece, Chase.

Memorial services will be held Monday, March 28, 2011 at 7:00 pm at River of Life Church of God, Cumming, GA, with Pastor Jason Bailey officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to offset funeral expenses.
