William 'Bill" Isenecker Jr.

Alexander Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Mr. William 'Bill" Isenecker Jr., age 78 of Sautee. Mr. Isenecker passed away Saturday, March 05, 2011 at his residence following an extended illness. Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 pm, Tuesday, March 8, 2011 from Nacoochee United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Chris Shurtz officiating.

Mr. Isenecker was born in Rockeville Centre, Long Island, New York on July 2, 1932 to the late William and Catherine Parker Isenecker Sr. He served with honor in the United States during the Korean Conflict. Mr. Isenecker moved to White County some thirty years ago from Florida where he became a land entrepreneur. He was a member of Nacoochee United Methodist Church

Survivors include his wife, Bernice Isenecker, Sautee; daughter and son in law, Sheri Jo and Thomas Ryan, Sautee; son and daughter in law, William and Ali Isenecker III, Blairsville; granddaughters, Sarah Ryan, Kierin Schott and Lyndsey Ryan; great grandsons, Connor Schott and Hunter Bell; sister, Alma Goldstein, Bryson City, North Carolina

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday afternoon from 5 to 7 pm.

Flowers will be acknowledged or memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of William Isenecker Jr.
