Effie Pauline Smith Green

Effie Pauline Smith Green, age 90, of Cumming, passed away Monday, February 21, 2011. She is preceded in death by her daughters, Betty Gibby and Carolyn Petts and son, Jimmy Green.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Sonny and Margie Green of Griffin, Harold and Wanda Green of Forest Park; daughters and sons-in-law, Gene and Richard Crockett of Lagrange, Barbara Donnell of McDonough, Sue and Stanley Rice of Bethlehem, Brenda Roe of Lakeland; brother and sister-in-law, A.J. and Betty Smith of Riverdale; 21 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren 11 great great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 23, 2011, at Midway Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Lloyd Ferguson, Rev. Kenny Kuykendall and Rev. Ralph Price officiating. Interment will follow. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until time of service.
