Alec Monroe Seabolt

Mr. Alec Monroe Seabolt, 90, of Dahlonega, GA, died Tuesday February 15, 2011.

A native of Lumpkin County, Mr. Seabolt was the son of the late Ervin and Dora Seabolt. He was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church.

Mr. Seabolt was preceded in death by his wife, Berbie Grizzle Seabolt; siblings, Hubert Seabolt, Taylor Seabolt, Esborn Seabolt, and A.C. Seabolt, Mary Jarraard, & Essie Hooper.

Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Carolyn Seabolt, Murrayville; grandchild Kim & Danny Jarrard of Murrayville; great grandson Adam Jarrard of Murrayville; sister-in-law Vernelle Seabolt of Kingston, GA.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 17, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Macedonia Baptist Church in Dahlonega. Rev. Keith Allison and Rev. Danny Jarrard will officiate.

Interment will be in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega.
