Survivors include 3 daughters: Brandi Nicholson, Heather Nicholson and Shannon Nicholson, all of Homer; 2 brothers: Danny Butts of Spartanburg, S.C. and James Wood of Pensacola, Fla.; one sister: Laura Scogin of Lula, Ga., and a grandchild: Alexandria Ramos of Homer.
